Return Policy

Returns happen, and here at the Baby Basket Company we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you change your mind or your order is not quite right for some reason, we happily take back unopened, undamaged and unused products anytime within 30 days of the original order date. Here’s the details: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge).

We make Returns as easy as 1-2-3

  1. Complete and sign the return form included in your package. If you do not have it, contact us at websitestaffers@babybasketcompany.com and we will provide you with a new one.
  2. Ship the item back to us. Original packaging can be re-used. Be sure to include your completed RETURN FORM so we can reference your order once we receive the returned goods. Be sure to obtain a tracking number for your package and pack the merchandise securely. We cannot be held responsible for your returned package unless you have obtained proof that it was delivered to us per tracking.
  3. Once received we will credit your account for the amount originally paid for the product. You will be notified via email once your returned merchandise has been processed. Please contact us if you are curious about the status of your return.

Few things to note

  • You must be able to provide an order number, or account email address.
  • Returns must be within 30 days of original order date for full refund less the initial delivery charge.
  • Returned Items must be unopened, undamaged and unused.
  • Shipping costs and taxes incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Assembled and personalized items are final sale.
  • Seasonal Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after the holiday/season has passed.

  • Your refund (less the shipping cost) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by the baby basket company for it to be available as credit and for it appear on your credit card account statement.
  • What happens after 30 Days? Unopened merchandise with the original receipt after 30 days or with a gift receipt will receive store credit at the manager’s discretion. Please e-mail us at websitestaffers@babybasketcompany.com and our customer care team will help facilitate any return after the 30 day return window.

Damaged Goods – Or A Mistake?

Email us at websitestaffers@babybasketcompany.com with the error or damaged product, picture of damage, reference your order number or the email associated with your account, and we’ll work hard to swiftly correct the mistake.

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We may arrange to replace the product (subject to availability) or provide you with a full refund of the purchase amount. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

Damaged items: Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage. Our customer care team will advise you on the next steps.

Our rights: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
